Janis Temchin

Janis Temchin, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Director of Learning and Development at Yext since June 2017, Janis has also held several key positions including Director of HR Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to Yext, Janis worked at Lloyds Banking Group as HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included talent development and change management. Previous positions include HR Business Partner at Medidata Solutions, HR Representative at ASME, and Human Resources Coordinator at Cornick, Garber & Sandler, LLP. Janis began the HR career as Employment Coordinator at TLC Health Care Services. Janis holds an Executive Master of HR Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University at Albany, SUNY.
