Katie Nix

Katie Nix is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in arts administration, operations management, and product development. Nix began with the University Musical Society as Assistant Front of House Manager, leading a large volunteer team and managing box office operations. Nix then served as Engineering Operations Manager at TruLocal, Inc., overseeing product launch strategies. At Hearsay Systems, Nix advanced to Senior Program Manager and later became Director of Product Operations and Programs, where significant improvements in product release processes were achieved. Nix's tenure at Yext began post-acquisition of Hearsay Systems, focusing on department integration. Previous roles include client management and support at Vendini, as well as project implementation management at Plantt. Nix holds a Bachelor of Music from the University of Michigan and a Master of Music from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.
