Laura Martin

Laura Martin, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Global Benefits at Yext since November 2022. Previous roles include Director of Employee Experience and Benefits and Employee Engagement Manager at Cerberus Capital Management from October 2020 to November 2022, and HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist at Finsbury Glover Hering from September 2019 to October 2020. Laura has further experience as Coordinator of Human Resources at Bain & Company, and held various HR positions at Roomi and the New York State Unified Court System. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology/Anthropology from Towson University, along with a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The City University of New York.
