Roy Shasha

Roy Shasha is an experienced technology operations leader currently serving as SVP of Technology Operations at Yext since August 2013, previously holding the position of VP in the same department. At Yext, Roy Shasha oversees the implementation, support, and maintenance of the company's global Knowledge Network and App directory integrations. Prior to Yext, Roy Shasha was the Director of Operations and Director of Technical Account Management at Skai, a leader in paid search marketing and analytics. Roy Shasha's career began at Goldman Sachs, where 8 years were spent progressing from Manager of User Support to Team Lead of Investment Banking Information Security. Early experience also includes a role as an Associate at Alphanet Solutions. Roy Shasha earned a BA in Computer Science from Pace University between 2001 and 2003.
