Sana D.

Sana D. currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Finance at Yext, following the acquisition of Hearsay Systems in August 2024. Prior to this role, Sana held the position of Vice President of FP&A at Hearsay Systems from March 2021 to August 2024, leading the full FP&A team and managing the company's budget and annual financial planning process. Before Hearsay, Sana worked as a Director of Finance at Clearway Energy Group, where responsibilities included formulating M&A strategies for NRG Energy and managing the acquisition of solar projects. Earlier experience includes roles at Dominion Energy as an Associate in M&A and at J.P. Morgan as an Associate focused on deal structuring in the Natural Resources sector. Education includes a Chartered Financial Analyst designation, an MS in Business (Decision Analytics) from Virginia Commonwealth University, an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis International University, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
