King Chan

King Chan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. King started their career as a Teacher at Times College in 2002 and then worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong from 2003 to 2004. From 2005 to 2011, they served as an English Teacher at Lee Lim Ming College. In 2011, they switched to a corporate role and worked as a Corporate Communications Executive at ADRG until 2012. King then transitioned into the financial sector and worked as a Financial Planning Manager at 宏利金融 from 2013 to 2015. King then joined Sun Securities Limited as an Account Executive from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they worked as an Investment Manager at Koala Financial Limited for a brief period. Later in 2017, they became an Executive Director at Sau San Tong Holdings Limited, a position they currently hold. In 2020, they worked as a Branch Office Manager at YF Life Insurance International Limited. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Chief Global Strategist at Pjr Mortgage Expert.

King Chan began their education at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong in 1996 and completed their studies there in 1998, receiving a degree in F7. Afterward, they attended The University of Hong Kong from 1998 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Comparative Literature. In terms of additional certifications, King obtained the Language Proficiency Requirement for English Teachers from EDUCATION BUREAU in November 2006. King also obtained several HKSI Practicing Certificates in various areas such as Corporate Finance, Asset Management, Derivatives, and Securities from the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute in 2015. More recently, in 2021 and 2022, King obtained a Member certification and a Certificate of Mortgage Advice and Practice respectively from The London Institute of Banking & Finance.
