Masoud Safa

Masoud Safa is a dynamic leader with over 25 years of international experience in engineering, manufacturing, and customer support. They currently serve as Vice President of Global Manufacturing at Yield Engineering Systems, and previously held significant roles at Ultratech Stepper, TRW Micro Electronics Center, Micronic Laser Systems, FormFactor, Veeco Instruments, and KLA-Tencor. Masoud has effectively built and scaled high-performing teams, implemented efficient processes, and achieved notable improvements in customer satisfaction and operational excellence throughout their career. They earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno, and an MS in Aerospace from UCLA.
