Michael Daly

Michael Daly currently serves as SVP and GM of the Wet Business Unit at Yield Engineering Systems, a position held since October 2023. Previous experience includes serving as VP of Materials and Epi Operations at Wolfspeed from June 2019 to October 2023, and holding various roles at Cree, including Senior Director of Global Operations and Director of Fab Operations from August 2017 to June 2019. Michael has also worked at SunEdison Semiconductor as Plant Manager and Director of Manufacturing Engineering, and at GLOBALFOUNDRIES as Director of Manufacturing Engineering for the Technology Development Centre. Earlier roles include Deputy Director positions at Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing, Senior Process Engineer at Motorola Semiconductor, and similar engineering roles at Siemens, Analog Devices, and National Semiconductor. Michael earned a BSc Hons in Applied Chemistry from the University of Strathclyde.
