Xinxuan Tan

Xinxuan Tan is a seasoned process development engineer with experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving at Yield Engineering Systems since October 2021, Xinxuan specializes in process development. Previously, Xinxuan was a field application engineer at Avaryholding Ltd (Foxconn) from April 2020 to October 2021, acting as the primary liaison between customers and manufacturing facilities. Prior to this role, Xinxuan worked at MiaSolé from September 2018 to April 2020 as an NPI & process development engineer, collaborating closely with the R&D team to qualify new processes and introduce innovative technologies to customers. Xinxuan's academic background includes a PhD in Physics from The University of Toledo, obtained in 2017, and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, completed in 2009. Extensive research experience as a graduate research assistant at The University of Toledo involved designing and executing experiments to optimize thin film properties and photovoltaic device performance.
