Holly Danko

Holly Danko is a strategic and results-driven leader in People, HR, and Operations, currently serving as Head of People at Yieldmo and a Founding Partner at LaunchpadHR. Holly has held significant roles, including Executive Vice President at Novation Ventures, where they directed daily operations and oversaw a large team. They also served as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Unison, and have been actively involved in empowering young women as a Board Member and Chair of the Marketing Committee at the 1,000 Dreams Fund. Previously, Holly completed a rigorous training program at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Penn State University.
