Anna Raykhlina has over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Anna began their career in 2010 as a Head Receptionist at the Antique Hotel Rachmaninov. During their time there, they were promoted to Head Receptionist and achieved success in the form of positive feedback growth and new contracts with travel companies. In 2011, they moved to the Comfort Hotel as a Head Receptionist, where they were awarded for their solutions to conflict situations, achieved positive feedback growth, and conducted interviews for the hotel blog. From 2012 to 2019, Anna worked at various companies such as Hotel Advisors Hospitality Management & Consulting, Allegro Hotels, Fairmont Rey Juan Carlos I, and Bas Apartments in roles such as Revenue Manager, Reservation Agent, and Outsource Revenue Manager. Anna is currently employed as a Key Account Manager at YieldPlanet | Channel Manager | Revenue Management System.

Anna Raykhlina has a Bachelor's degree in Management of Hospitality from the Saint Petersburg Institute of Hospitality, which they obtained between 2006 and 2012. Additionally, they obtained a Secondary vocational education in Hotel Service from the College of Tourism and Hospitality Service between 2006 and 2009.
