Fahd Basir

Fahd Basir is the current MD of Capital Markets at Yieldstreet. Prior to this, they were with Fixed Income Investor Network (FIIN), Prytania Asset Management, and 25 Capital Partners. Fahd has also worked with Atlantic Asset Management and UBS as an Associate Director and Associate respectively.

Fahd Basir has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry. Fahd started their career in 2004 as an Associate with Banc of America Securities. Fahd then moved to UBS in 2007 and worked there for a year before joining 25 Capital Partners in October 2013. Fahd worked with 25 Capital Partners for 4 years till March 2018 and was responsible for managing capital across a variety of investment vehicles for a global investor base.

In April 2009, they joined Atlantic Asset Management as Senior Vice President. Fahd worked with them for 4 years till October 2013. After that, they joined Prytania Asset Management and then Fixed Income Investor Network (FIIN) before taking up their current role as MD of Capital Markets at Yieldstreet.

Fahd Basir's educational career began at Karachi Grammar School, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Fahd then attended Northwestern University, where they obtained their degree in the same field.

They work with Michael Weisz - Founder & President, Joel Greengrass - Chief People Officer, and Rebecca Fine - MD, Art Finance. Fahd Basir reports to Milind Mehere, Founder & CEO.
