Jan Gatt

Jan Gatt has a strong background in software engineering and development, with a focus on Java. Jan most recently worked at Yieldstreet as a Senior Java Software Engineer. Prior to that, they served as the CTO/Head of Development at Sekuritance. Jan also worked as a Senior Java Engineer at River Tech plc and YieldStreet. Earlier in their career, they held positions as a Senior Java Engineer/Tech Consultant at OpenPayd, a Senior Software Developer at RakeTech Group, and a Senior Java Developer at MiFinity. Jan also gained experience as a Project Manager and Senior Java Developer at Ixaris Systems Ltd. Jan started their career as a Software Tester at GFI Software, where they were responsible for quality assurance and automation testing.

Jan Gatt obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Greenwich, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their degree, in January 2015, Jan obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance.
