YIM's workflow software enables companies to digitise their access processes, resulting in rapid exchange of information between contractors, suppliers, visitors and compliance officers regarding the conditions for gaining access to a building or site. Workflow & Identity Management ensures seamless integration of access control and security into all business processes. Increasingly extensive digitisation makes it possible to use Nsecure’s workflow software to create a complete and up-to-date overview of the prerequisites for demonstrably controlled access management. With this overview, access processes can be improved significantly, which leads to optimal risk management and increased security. That, in turn, helps safeguard the continuity of your business processes.

Safety
YIM files the data of various certificates in a digital dossier. The system monitors the validity of these certificates and ensures that all contractors on site comply with the applicable safety regulations.

Security
Assuring that persons and vehicles entering your locations are always monitored and they can enter quickly, safely and in accordance with all applicable legislation and regulations.

Compliance
YIM provides real-time insight into compliance with working and rest period regulations, remittance of taxes and the validity of various certificates.

Efficiency
By connecting YIM to your access control system, contractors will access a site efficiently. There are no long queues at the gate and less personnel needs to be deployed.

Hospitality
Ensure hospitality by managing the entire process from all external persons who visit your company; appointment, parking, visit, appointment and departure.
