Hanna Törmä

Hanna Törmä is currently the VP of People & Culture for Infrastructure at YIT, where they focus on developing strategies that support organizational growth and effective leadership. Previously, they held various HR roles at YIT, including HR Manager for Travel and Global Mobility and Senior HR Specialist in Global Mobility. Törmä also worked at ÅF as a Senior HR Specialist, managing HR communications and employer branding, and began their career as a Payroll Specialist. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and completed advanced music studies at Tapiola upper secondary school.
