Leszek Stankiewicz

Leszek Stankiewicz is the President of the Management Board (CEO) at YIT, leveraging nearly 30 years of experience in management positions within the development and construction sectors. Previously, they held roles such as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Dom Construction and served as a board member in various companies, including Cargoforte and ASC Co Ltd. Stankiewicz has a strong background in financial management, restructuring processes, and implementing modern IT systems, with a focus on strategic decision-making that supports long-term organizational goals. Committed to business value creation and social initiatives, they have been involved in aid projects for individuals affected by the war in Ukraine. Stankiewicz is currently pursuing doctoral studies at the University of Warsaw while completing postgraduate studies on EU project management.
