Tero Luoma is a construction professional with extensive experience in various roles within the construction and building industry, particularly at YIT. Beginning as a Site Engineer and Systems Specialist from 2015 to 2017, Tero progressed to Project Development Engineer, focusing on project development and design management. Tero served as Construction Manager from 2017 until November 2023, overseeing tasks in varied housing projects. Following this, Tero took on dual responsibilities in construction management and business development within YIT's Group-wide development program until September 2024.
