With over 10 years of experience in recruiting and human resources, Thomas has held various positions, including Talent Acquisition Partner at YIT, Talent Acquisition Manager at ISS Palvelut, and Recruitment Manager at Palvelukeskus Helsinki. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Arcada University of Applied Science and are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the same institution.
