Andy Liu is currently the HR Senior Manager at YITU Tech, where they focus on building the corporate HR foundation, improving process efficiency, and driving HR transformation to align with business goals. Prior to this role, Andy served as the Manager of OD & Talent Management at Schneider Electric China and held various positions including Employer Branding & Program Manager at Schneider Electric and Recruitment Specialist at Thomson Reuters. Andy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Beijing WuZi University. Passionate about sports, Andy enjoys activities such as snowboarding, football, badminton, and swimming.
