Greg Pass

Greg Pass is the Director of Safety at YKK Corporation of America, a position held since 2004. They have over three decades of experience in safety and human resources, previously serving as Director at YKK Snap Fasteners America Inc. and Area Safety and Environmental Manager at MarkWest Hydrocarbon, Inc. Greg has achieved notable successes, including managing safety functions that resulted in one million hours worked without a lost time injury and significant reductions in workers' compensation costs. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from East Tennessee State University and have received the Professional in Human Resource Certificate.
