Matthew Sharp

Matthew Sharp is the Chief Information Security Officer at Logicworks, responsible for information security governance, risk management, strategy, architecture and compliance.

Matthew is a business-savvy cloud executive bringing stakeholders together in a commitment to cybersecurity best practices that balance mission, risk, and regulation. He combines his business acumen and robust background in cybersecurity operations, sales, consulting, and management to harvest tangible business outcomes and promote enterprise cyber resilience.

Prior to Logicworks, Matthew served as Head of Global Information Security at Crocs, Inc. Previously, he served as Director of Strategic Services Optiv (formerly FishNet Security), managed security consulting teams at Experis IT, and held various other security and consulting positions.

Matthew currently advises several security organizations including Coalfire, CyberGRX, NopSec, and Cavirin Systems, and is an Official Member of the Forbes Technology Council and Advisory Board Member of the Ithaca College Cybersecurity Program. Matthew is also a best-selling author featured in the Forbes Executive Library.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer & Electrical Engineering from University of Colorado Boulder, Master of Business Administration in Business from Colorado State University, and over 14 technology and security related licenses and certifications.
