Jonny Dodds is a seasoned talent acquisition and HR professional with extensive experience in building and scaling talent functions across various industries. Currently serving as a Fractional Talent Consultant at YLD and the Owner of Arro Talent Ltd, Jonny partners with product-led businesses to enhance their talent strategies. Previous roles include Human Resources Business Partner at Climate Investment, Talent Acquisition Director at Eigen Technologies, and Head of Talent at 11:FS, where Jonny has transformed recruitment processes and strengthened employer brands. With a foundation in recruitment management from BCG Digital Ventures and R/GA, as well as early career experience in digital media recruitment at ECOM, Jonny holds a BA Hons in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Durham University.
