Bethia McNeil

Bethia McNeil is currently the Director of Quality & Impact at YMCA England & Wales, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this, Bethia served as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer at YMCA George Williams College from September 2014 to July 2025. Bethia's experience also includes a role as Youth Investment Fund Director of Benefits Realisation at Social Investment Business between May 2024 and February 2025, and as Chief Executive Officer at The Centre for Youth Impact from September 2014 to May 2024. Previous positions include Head of Innovation and Service Design at Dartington Social Research Unit, NESTA Specialist Fellow with Clore Social Leadership Programme, Programme Leader for Youth Transitions at The Young Foundation, Policy Manager at The National Youth Agency, and Development Officer at NIACE. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Liverpool John Moores University, obtained from 1994 to 1999.
