Des'Tri Kaefer

Des'Tri Kaefer is currently the Youth and Family Services Director at the YMCA of Greensboro, where they demonstrate a commitment to youth development and foster a positive, inclusive environment. With experience in various roles including Operations Supervisor at ECU Transit and Zone Transportation Supervisor at Guilford County Schools, Des'Tri has developed a strong foundation in operational excellence and team leadership. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Studies from East Carolina University. Throughout their career, Des'Tri has been driven to create cohesive teams and deliver exceptional service, continuously aligning their strengths with organizational goals.
