Andrea Wall has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Andrea started their career as a Main Media Centre Staff at VANOC in 2010. Andrea then worked as a Campaign Manager for Public Sector & Professional Services at United Way of Calgary and Area from 2011 to 2013. After that, they served as a Principal at Social Zen Consulting from 2014 to 2015. Andrea then joined United Way of Calgary and Area again, this time as a Stewardship Specialist from 2015 to 2017, and later as a Project Manager for the Community Hubs Initiative from 2017 to 2019.

Andrea then transitioned into the field of social innovation, working at Innovate Calgary as an Innovation Manager from 2019 to 2020 and later as a Contractor for the Clinical and Social Innovation portfolio from 2020 to 2022. Andrea also worked as a Program Advisor at HSBC Social Innovation Academy from 2020 to 2021.

In 2022, Andrea became a Career Coach at the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, where they supported MBA students in integrating their classroom learnings into their careers. Currently, they are working as a Certified Leadership Coach at Andrea Wall Coaches, specializing in helping early and mid-career professional women. In 2023, they will begin a new role as the Director of Operations at YMCA BC Foundation.

Andrea Wall completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Community Economic Development from Cape Breton University in 2014. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Calgary, majoring in Political Science and minoring in Economics, from 2003 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Andrea has obtained various certifications, including Certified Leadership Coach from Essential Impact in 2023, Excelerator Coaching Certificate from Essential Impact in 2018, and Equity Diversity & Inclusion in the Arts training from Zenev and Associates in 2017. Andrea has also completed online courses such as How to Design and Deliver Training Programs from LinkedIn and Indigenous Canada from Coursera, both obtained in 2023, and Instructional Design: Adult Learners from LinkedIn.
