Wayne Exton possesses extensive experience in housing and community support, currently serving as the Head of Housing & Community Support at YMCA Derbyshire since June 2022. Prior to this role, Wayne held significant positions at Midland Heart from January 2016 to June 2022, including Lifestyle Change Manager and Scheme Manager for Penmakers Court Extra Care Scheme in Smethwick. Earlier career experience includes a role as Service Manager at Addiction Dependency Solutions from September 2014 to January 2016, and Team Leader for Customer Scrutiny. Wayne's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Wolverhampton, along with further studies at Aftercare North West, Oxford College, Sutton Coldfield College, and Barr Beacon School.
