John Lee has extensive experience in leadership roles within the social services sector, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at YMCA Norfolk since July 2021, where support is offered to over 220 young people each night, alongside therapeutic services for mental health. Prior roles include Service Manager for Spurgeons, where a national domestic abuse pilot was launched, and Head of Services & Quality at The Matthew Project, focusing on individuals with complex needs. John also managed Young Carers’ services at Norfolk Family Carers, contributed to international charity efforts with Hope for Latvia, and led volunteering initiatives with Voluntary Norfolk. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in International Development and diplomas in Systemic Supervision and Organizational Leadership.
