The Y is also the home of the YMCA Schools' Breakfast Program - providing healthy breakfasts to thousands of children in South-East Qld.

The Coordination and Operations team at YMCA Queensland is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of various programs and services offered by the organization. With roles ranging from people management and payroll coordination to overseeing out-of-school hours care and relief efforts, this team ensures that operations run smoothly and effectively support the organization's mission to build healthier, happier communities.

The Education and Training Team at YMCA Queensland oversees the planning, development, and delivery of educational programs and vocational training initiatives. Led by a Principal and Deputy Principal, this team includes Senior Youth Workers, Educators, and the Head of Vocational Education Training (VET), all working collaboratively to provide high-quality learning experiences and support services aimed at empowering young people and enhancing their educational and career prospects.
