Jo Mills

Jo Mills is an experienced consultant and non-executive board member with a strong track record in delivering excellent outcomes across private and public sector organizations. Currently serving as a Board Trustee for YMCA Trinity Group and as a Strategic Adviser for Willmott Dixon, Jo also runs Jo Mills Consulting Ltd. Previously, Jo held key roles including Director of Planning and New Communities at South Cambridgeshire District Council, where they led significant strategic projects, and Director of Housing and Care Services at Cambridge Housing Society Limited, overseeing the management of affordable housing initiatives. Jo's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Liverpool and a Master's in Social Work from The University of Birmingham.
