Monique Pierce

Monique Pierce currently serves as the Association Director of Human Resources and Association Membership Business Director at the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Monique was the Vice President of Operations and District Executive Director at the same organization from April 2018 to November 2021. With extensive experience at the YMCA of Greater San Antonio from August 2001 to April 2018, Monique held various positions including Executive Director, Branch Director, Associate Executive Director, Senior Director of Member Services, Membership & Marketing Director, Program Director, and Area Youth Director. Monique holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Wayland Baptist University.
