Marja Elsinga

Marja Elsinga is a prominent figure in the field of housing institutions and governance, currently serving as a Full Professor at Delft University of Technology. They hold positions as a member of the Raad van Commissarissen at both BNG Bank and Ymere. Elsinga has a rich history of leadership, having been the Vice Chair of the Dutch Union of Tenants and Vice Chair of the College van Deskundigen at Stichting Visitatie Woningcorporaties Nederland. Their academic journey includes a PhD from Delft University of Technology, where they also completed a post-master course in Policy Sciences for the Built Environment.
