Haley Cemper

Haley Cemper is a seasoned public relations and influencer marketing leader with over 12 years of experience in consumer communications. Currently, they lead PR, influencer marketing, partnerships, and events at YNAB, where they have built a high-performing influencer program and produced notable events like the inaugural YNAB Fan Fest. Previously, Haley held various roles at J Public Relations, coordinating high-impact campaigns for lifestyle brands and festivals. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Media Studies from San Diego State University, where they also served as an ambassador and held leadership positions in student organizations.
