Bénédicte Lorrette received their education from various institutions. From 2001 to 2004, they attended ENSAIA, the École Nationale Supérieure d'Agronomie et des Industries Alimentaires, where they obtained a degree in Industries Alimentaires. Bénédicte then pursued further studies at INPL, the Institut National Polytechnique de Lorraine, from 2003 to 2004, earning a DEA in Procédés biotechnologiques et alimentaires. Finally, from 2005 to 2008, they attended Université d'Avignon et des Pays de Vaucluse and completed a Thèse de doctorat in Chimie.
