Taniya Dutta

Taniya Dutta is currently serving as a Senior Human Resource Business Partner at Yocket since August 2023, following a brief tenure as Head of Human Resources at The Moving Heads. Taniya's earlier roles include Secretary at the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (AIBAS) and multiple internships in human resources at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd., FRND, Yocket, and Door 2 Abroad, where contributions ranged from coordinating company events to optimizing employee engagement. Prior experience includes heading Human Resources at The W.A.F.A Project, and supporting curriculum development at Eklavya. Taniya holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Amity University Mumbai.
