James Kramer

James Kramer has a strong work experience in the financial and data analysis field. James is currently the Director - Business Alignment at Yoco, responsible for shaping cross-functional processes and initiatives. Prior to this, they held roles as Director - Data and Head of Data at the same company. James also worked as a Risk Manager at Yoco and gained experience in managing risk within the organization. Before joining Yoco, James worked at Delta Partners as an Associate and Analyst, handling projects for major telecom operators in the Sub-Saharan Africa region. Additionally, they had internships at Towers Watson and Swiss Re, where they gained valuable industry insights.

James Kramer completed a Data Engineering Nano Degree at Udacity in 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Science degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Cape Town from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce in 2019 and became an Associate Member of the Actuarial Society of South Africa in 2014.
