Karin Bothma is a technology leader with over 20 years of experience in engineering and team building. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Yoco, they previously held roles as a Senior Software Engineering Manager and Acting Chief of Staff to the CTO at OfferZen. Karin co-founded and led the technical development of Learnsby LMS, a SaaS e-learning platform, and played a key role as a Technical Lead at Sage, where they architected a new SaaS payroll system.
