Lauren Baddeley

Lauren Baddeley is an accomplished Fullstack Engineer currently working at Yoco since November 2021, having previously held the position of Senior Fullstack Engineer. Prior to Yoco, Lauren served as a Senior Software Engineer at the Technology Innovation Institute, leading a machine learning team focused on secure systems for autonomous UAVs. Lauren's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at Amiosec Ltd, where leadership roles included Project Manager and Scrum Master for the AltoCrypt Stik product, as well as positions as Advanced and Software Engineer. Before Amiosec, Lauren worked at GE Aviation on the Boeing 777X project, guiding teams in transitioning legacy systems. Lauren's early career included demonstrating labs and tutoring at the University of Strathclyde and various summer placements at large government organizations. Lauren holds a Master of Engineering in Computer and Electronic Systems from the University of Strathclyde.
