Marcus R. is a leader with extensive experience in engineering, operations, and customer success. They served in various roles at Rackspace Hosting from 2003 to 2006, including Customer Care Manager and Director of Cloud Operations. As a co-founder of TrueAbility® from 2012 to 2023, Marcus contributed to the development of a platform for performance-based IT certification and training. Currently, Marcus holds the position of Vice President of Educational Platforms at The Linux Foundation, continuing to impact the education sector in technology.
