Founded in 2011 by Kathleen Holm and Steven Holm on Union Street, Yoga Flow SF has grown into a trusted presence in the Bay Area, now home to three Far Infrared Radiant heated studios.

Our work is grounded in both tradition and modern understanding, offering yoga classes, workshops, and immersive experiences like ketamine-assisted sound meditation designed to meet students wherever they are in their journey. From dynamic heated flows to deeply restorative and sound-based practices, each offering is crafted to support mental well being, clarity, and connection.
