Beth Shaw has extensive experience in the health and wellness industry. Beth currently works as a host for Make America Healthy, where they focus on practical solutions for weight loss, addiction, mental health, and mindfulness. Prior to this, Beth had a long tenure at YogaFit, starting in 1994. At YogaFit, they held various roles including Corporate Wellness, where they developed wellness programs for organizations, and Founder/CEO, where they built the largest mind-body school in the world with over 250,000 instructors. Beth also served as a Yoga Visionary and Business Coach during their time at YogaFit.

Beth Shaw earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Long Island University from 1988 to 1992. In 1984, they attended Stuyvesant High School but did not obtain a degree from there. Beth later pursued Executive Education in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Harvard Business School from 2018 to 2022. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as WBENC from Women's Business Enterprise Center East (WBEC East) in 2021, the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program from Goldman Sachs in 2020, and became an Anger Management Coach from the National Anger Management Institute in 2013.
