Allison Meier

Allison Meier, msiop, is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in case management and advocacy. Currently serving as a Yoga Teacher at YogaSix since January 2024, Meier has been with Evernorth Health Services since September 2018, progressing through various roles to become a Case Management Senior Supervisor. Prior experience includes serving as a Sexual Abuse Advocate at Family Resources, Inc., where Meier successfully doubled the number of clients served and facilitated psychoeducational groups. Other roles include internships in wellness and outreach, contributing to community health education, and working with organizations like Helping Services and the Brain Injury Alliance of Iowa. Meier holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Luther College.
