Robin Gabel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career as a Financial Analyst at Tektronix in 2007. They then worked as a Marketing professional at gDiapers, a biodegradable diaper start-up, where they focused on DTC marketing, eCommerce, market research, and social media. In 2009, they joined The Regence Group, where they engaged in product development and management for a nonprofit health insurance company.

In 2009, Robin transitioned to Yogi Tea, a leading organic wellness tea manufacturer. During their time at Yogi Tea, they held various roles, including Associate Brand Manager, Brand Manager, Base Business, Brand Manager, Digital and Ecommerce, and Omnichannel Sales and Strategy Lead. In these roles, they were responsible for marketing strategy development, execution, budgeting, and forecasting. They also conducted market and competitive analysis, managed digital assets such as websites and social media, and participated in product development, resulting in top-line sales growth and increased profitability.

In 2020, Robin joined Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP as Chief Revenue Officer for eControl, where they led marketing, sales, and client success initiatives. They worked with brands to help them gain control over the sale of their products online, reduce channel conflict, and achieve business objectives through data analytics and a comprehensive channel management strategy.

Currently, Robin is back at Yogi, serving as the Director of Ecommerce and Expansion. Starting in 2021, they are responsible for leading global operations, developing ecommerce strategies, and overseeing expansion initiatives.

Robin Gabel has a B.S. in Business Administration, with a Minor in Psychology from Southern Oregon University. They also have an MBA in Marketing from Willamette University. The specific years of study for both degrees were not provided.
