Marcus Melberg

Marcus Melberg has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Marcus is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Yoin Technologies AB since May 2021. Prior to this, they ran their own consulting company, Marcus Melberg Consulting AB, from December 2018 to February 2022, where they offered expertise in systems architecture, system design, and system integration. During this time, they worked on various projects and products, including collaborating with product owners and IT architects for tools in the eKlient portfolio.

Before starting their consulting company, Marcus worked at Gridpro from August 2013 to December 2018, where they were a System Architect and Senior Developer. Marcus'sresponsibilities included in-house product development focusing on expanding functionality in the Microsoft Azure platform, as well as onsite consulting assignments at Inera for developing digital services.

From May 2009 to August 2013, Marcus worked at Atea Global Services Ltd. as a Software Developer. Marcus transformed customized consulting solutions into standardized product solutions and made significant improvements in installation time by simplifying architecture and reducing code base.

During their studies at Chalmers, Marcus ran their own consulting company, Xedoo, from January 2007 to December 2009. Marcus developed B2B solutions and worked on assignments such as developing a patient registration system for private doctors with private clinics.

In addition, Marcus completed their Master thesis titled "Architecture design proposal for supporting automated IT processes" at ATEA Spintop AB from November 2008 to May 2009. Marcus'sthesis involved creating an architecture design proposal for supporting automated IT processes in a Microsoft environment using .NET and the Identity Lifecycle Manager.

Marcus Melberg obtained their Master's Degree in Software Engineering & Technology from Chalmers University of Technology, which they attended from 2004 to 2009. In addition to their degree, Marcus has obtained multiple certifications from Microsoft.
