Shannon Robinson

Shannon Robinson is a corporate director and adviser with extensive governance and board experience. They currently serve as chairperson of the board at FBR. Historically, Robinson held roles including director and joint company secretary at Spookfish Limited (2013–2018), chairman of Fastbrick Robotics Limited (2015–2018), and director at Equator Resources Limited (2015–2016) and HomeStay Care (2016–2020), as well as corporate adviser at Boutique Corporate Advisory Firms (2007–2014) and company secretary at Nexia Perth (2023–2024). They earned a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Notre Dame Australia (1999–2003) and completed a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance (Governance Institute Australia, 2010) and a Graduate Company Directors Course (Australian Institute of Company Directors, 2015).
