Tim Murray-Brown is the co-founder of The Engage Partnership, a boutique recruitment business established in August 2017, focusing on building lasting partnerships through a people-centric approach. In addition, Tim serves as an advisor and investor for Yomly, which offers HR software solutions in the UAE and broader GCC region since January 2018. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Lloyds Banking Group from January 2000 to December 2016, where Tim held leadership roles including Head of Finance for Group Operations, Head of Finance for Digital Bank, and Senior Manager for Marketing Effectiveness. Earlier roles include Financial Controller at Viva! Health & Leisure and Geocon Group, as well as Audit Supervisor at KPMG UK. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Cardiff University, attained between 1986 and 1989.
