Andrew Cooper

Andrew Cooper is the President and Senior Advisor at Yonder Consulting, a role held since October 2020, where focus is placed on delivering impactful business strategies. Concurrently, Andrew Cooper serves as Lord Cooper of Windrush in the UK House of Lords since September 2014 and is the Founder of Populus, established in January 2003. Previously, Andrew Cooper held the position of Director of Strategy at 10 Downing Street from March 2011 to November 2013 and led strategic and polling efforts for the Conservative Party between January 1996 and June 1999. Andrew Cooper also served as Head of Research at the Social Market Foundation from June 1994 to January 1996. Educational credentials include a degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and Reigate Grammar School.
