Carmen Balan is the Head of People Development at Yonder, where they focus on enhancing talent through coaching and supportive career growth initiatives. Previously, Carmen served in various HR roles, including Career Manager and HR Business Partner, where they influenced hiring, development, and performance management strategies. Carmen holds a Psychology diploma from "Al.I.Cuza" University Iasi and a Human Resources Management diploma, as well as a recent certification in Talent Academy from the University of Suffolk. With a strong background in interpersonal communication and problem-solving, they are dedicated to fostering professional development in challenging environments.
