Daniel Lar

Daniel Lar is an experienced professional in software development and portfolio management, currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at Total Specific Solutions since January 2023, focusing on growth strategies for TSS companies in South Eastern Europe. With a long-standing tenure at Yonder, Daniel has held multiple leadership roles, including Managing Director and Business Unit Director, where responsibilities included overseeing software development for nearshoring customers, particularly for Independent Software Vendors in the Netherlands. Daniel has a proven track record in process standardization and continuous improvement, achieving CMMI Level 3 certification in July 2012. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Leader at Nethrom, where Daniel coordinated software development projects and led R&D initiatives, further building a strong foundation in the software engineering domain with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Technical University of Cluj Napoca and a Master's degree in Entrepreneurial Management from Griffiths School of Management, Emanuel University.
