Matthew Olson is an experienced sales and revenue enablement leader with a proven track record across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Director of Sales Enablement at YONDR, Olson previously held leadership roles at Medely, Renaissance Learning, Paylocity, City Wide Maintenance, Paycor, SPECTRUM Human Resource Systems Corporation, and ADP. With expertise in developing sales strategies, enhancing productivity, and leveraging data for growth, Olson has consistently driven pipeline acceleration, improved conversion rates, and established effective training programs. Matthew holds a B.A. in Economics and History from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
