Adam Sharp

Adam Sharp has a diverse work experience in the real estate and data center development industry. Adam is currently serving as the Director of Data Center Development at Yondr Group since February 2023 and previously held the role of Senior Development Manager at the same company from November 2021 to February 2023. Prior to that, Adam worked at Amazon Web Services as a Data Center Development professional from March 2018 to December 2021, and as a Data Center Portfolio Manager from March 2018 to October 2019. Before joining Amazon, they worked as a Senior Associate at CBRE from October 2015 to March 2018. Adam also gained experience at Cushman & Wakefield, where they served as an Associate Director from May 2011 to October 2015, and as an Analyst in Capital Markets from April 2008 to August 2008. Adam started their career as an Analyst in Lending at First Bank & Trust in Evanston, IL from April 2006 to August 2006.

Adam Sharp received their Bachelor's Degree from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business in Finance & Real Estate from 2005 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Evanston Township High School from 2001 to 2005, where they pursued a General education in all subjects. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certification as an ARGUS Software Certified professional from ARGUS Software in 2010.
